Welcome to the 2017 Eastside Fiber Festival! We are so glad that you're interested in participating.
The Eastside Fiber Festival will be bringing together farms and artisans to celebrate the fiber arts. Festival hours are from 9am to 4pm. Booth set up for vendors begins at 7 am and vendors must arrive no later than 8:00am. The location for our 2017 event in East Nashville at the Shelby Park Community Center on September 30th. Tables and chairs are not provided with booth spaces. Vendors need to bring their own display equipment and signage. This is a rain or shine event, as our location is indoors. Vendors agree to begin booth break down no earlier than 4:00pm.
We are so excited to host our vibrant, fiber arts community at this event again this year. To qualify as a vendor or exhibitor you should to meet at least one of the following criteria:
- sheep, alpaca, angora or other fiber animals raised by your farm in order to sell their wool or fibers as roving
- your farm spins your roving into skeins to be sold as yarn (either hand spun or mill spun)
- REQUIRED FOR FARMS: you operate within 150 miles of Nashville, TN.
- hand-spun or hand-dyed fibers
- woven goods
- items made or curated to aid in the production of fiber arts
- hand-felted goods
- handmade items which use fibers as a key component
- spinning wheels and/or drop spindles
- possibilites here are endless! If you're not sure you qualify, just ask!
Vendors may share booths upon approval. No more than two vendors to a booth, and both vendors must submit a vendor application for approval. Notification of approval will be emailed to applicants. There is a $20 non-refundable application fee that covers the administrative costs of processing all applications. Please make sure to both submit your application fee and your Vendor Application Form (located below). After your application is approved, you'll receive an invoice by email for the booth size that you've requested.** The Eastside Fiber Festival has the right to refuse any application. To apply for the 2017 East Side Fiber Festival simply add the non-refundable application fee (below) to your cart and submit all required information on your application form with your payment.
Booths will be given out on a first come first serve basis, but please let us know what size space you'd prefer. Earlybird Registration prices are only valid if you register AND pay your Vendor Fee before May 20th, 2017. All Vendor Fees must be paid by July 15th, 2017. When your application has been accepted you will be emailed an invoice for the appropriate booth price. Booths for our 2017 festival are available as follows:
- 10' x 10' $70 Earlybird Booth Fee (4/15/2017 - 5/20/2017)
- 10' x 20' $140 Earlybird Booth Fee (4/15/2017 - 5/20/2017)
- 10' x 10' $85 Open Registration Booth Fee (5/21/2017 - 7/15/2017)
- 10' x 20' $170 Open Registration Booth Fee (5/21/2017 - 7/15/2017)

Submitting an application with your NON-REFUNDABLE application fee does NOT guarantee you a place in the East Side Fiber Festival. Booth Spaces are given based on a first-come, first-serve basis, and after reviewing your application to make sure that your products fulfill our requirements.
Other Important Info for Vendor Applicants
**Invoices for your booth space must be paid in full by May 20th to retain your Earlybird pricing. After that, you'll be sent an additional invoice for the amount difference of the Open Registration booth fee. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID YOUR BOOTH FEE IN FULL BY JULY 15TH, YOUR SPACE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO VENDORS THAT MAY BE ON THE WAITING LIST AND YOU WILL HAVE TO REAPPLY FOR YOUR SPACE. **
Refunds: If you have already paid for your booth space in full (the application fee + vendor fee) and find yourself unable to attend the event, your vendor fee will be refunded up to Thursday, September 1st. After that date, no refunds of any kind will be given.

All parts of the above Vendor Agreement have been read and entered into voluntarily by all vendors. Upon submission of this form, this Vendor Agreement becomes effective. Vendors exhibit their work/goods/wares at their own risk, and the Eastside Fiber Festival is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
